Immigration

We, like most current employers in the market, were frustrated with continually not being able to supply enough of our clients with skilled labour and needed to find a workable solution. As we only see the poaching of employees as a short term, costly unworkable solution for all concerned.

To address this challenge, Industry Partners gained approval from the Australian Department of Immigration to bring in tradespeople from overseas to help alleviate the current skills shortage.  Since this first licence in 2004, Industry Partners has been actively recruiting from many countries overseas.   Industry Partners ensures a high standard and stability of tradesperson through rigorous screening in the country of origin, compliance with local awards and conditions, and management of the whole immigration and settling in process.

This expertise in recruiting staff from overseas is also available to clients with their own business sponsorship license.  Industry Partners can provide a complete turnkey package, from recruiting and testing to customer specifications through to handling the whole visa process with it’s own in-house migration business, Immigration Partners.

Training

Industry Partners has an on-going commitment to improving skills in the industry through traineeships, apprenticeships and other relevant training programs. We believe that through the investment in training of our Australian workforce, our clients and the industry as a whole will benefit.
