Immigration

We, like most current employers in the market, were frustrated with continually not being able to supply enough of our clients with skilled labour and needed to find a workable solution. As we only see the poaching of employees as a short term, costly unworkable solution for all concerned.

To this end, we applied and have been approved by the immigration department to bring 140 Candidates from overseas to help alleviate part of the current skills shortage and have already successfully brought in 70 candidates in shortest supply with a further number in various stages of the immigration process. This has been a very steep learning curve of what is required to bring in labour from overseas and has resulted in having a system that we believe covers most of the traps and risk that can be associated with process to the uninitiated.

We are also in a position to utilize our overseas recruitment agencies to recruit specific candidates to meet individual client needs.
