For live events we ask that all attendees arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes prior to the event start time so the registration process can be completed before the event starts.
For virtual events we ask that all attendees arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to the event start time so the registration process can be completed before the event starts.
Due to each event potentially being in a different location with differing restrictions we will email all registrants at least 7 days prior to the event with specifics including parking options, PPE requirements and arrival times.
