Aside from the obvious financial anguish, it can cause, the stress of losing a job can also take a heavy toll on your overall mental and emotional health.

Networking may sound daunting and even for some intimidating, however, it is the best way to find your new role and can provide real purpose and enjoyment.
Our solution is to through IPA Connect, a specialist program designed for displaced leaders within industry. The program runs for 6 months, with us initially spending time understanding the participant's profile and interests, creating an introduction to other leaders in their field, offering access to live and online events, encouraging participants to give back through knowledge sharing, read articles and join our chat forums.
