UE Sytems is pleased to introduce a one-day ultrasound overview and applications workshop that will accelerate your ultrasound program through knowledge of industrial ultrasound, inspection techniques, and applications for inspectors.
What Will I learn:
- Review the various predictive maintenance technologies and their strengths and weaknesses
- Look at the various applications within the plant facility and the correct inspection and test techniques using the ultraprobe
- Be coached on proper inspection techniques
- Be given extensive case histories and learn and practice correct data acquisition techniques in a hands-on environment for:
- Leak inspections
- Valve inspections
- Steam trap inspections
- Electrical inspections
- Bearing inspections

Understand considerations for establishing ultrasound routes
- Review overall program goals, and work with an instructor to establish a realistic timeline for the implementation of the program based on the number of test points in the facility
