Welcome to the January 2026 edition of the Industry Partners Australia newsletter.
I often reflect at this time of year why we put so much effort into closing off the old year, in some cases to the point of exhaustion. But I guess it gives us a great opportunity to refresh ourselves and come back to face more challenges and opportunities with new energy.Take a moment before you dive down that rabbit hole of day to day activities, and consider how you are going to get the best out of your team this year or even yourself. It is important to set priorities, and remind yourself of them from time to time, almost like a check in mechanism.
The focus for IPA in 2026 will be to continue bringing incredible events for our members and partners to enjoy, so keep in mind, if you have something you wish to explore give us a call, as we are genuinely here to support you and the overall community. We will have a focus on expanding our Industry Collective (ICA) network with new partners coming on board, especially around the people & culture aspect of running an organisation, so check out the ICA Partners on the website.
We certainly start the year with a bang, there are so many great events already loaded in the calendar. Don't miss out, ensure you make time to attend some events in 2026 and get your teams involved in our programs.
