IPA Newsletter July 2025

Written by Industry Partners Australia | 7 Jul 2025, 09:02 PM

Welcome to the July 2025 edition of the Industry Partners Australia newsletter.

As we head into Autumn and Winter, and the end of another financial year, things can get very distracting for leaders, as there are so many demands right now. Personally I hate the cold mornings and sometimes dark morning's so I struggle at times with a little motivation.  This is the time of year I take a breath and reflect on the business achievements of the past 12 months, I get my team together and we go through this together, you will be amazed by the things you forget and the progress you have made, they are not all big events. This process I find creates a state of celebrating the success of the past, and it can also be an energizer for the challenges ahead in the horizon.

Many of us have new strategies to develop, roll out and make successful, so this is also a great time to reach out and look at what events are coming up in the IPA Events Calendar, we could be running an event on just what you are tasked to achieve. Even if there is nothing in the calendar, please consider reaching out to us and talking about your upcoming challenges, as this helps us develop future events and will also help us find someone in our network that has already been down the path.
I sincerely hope you enjoy the Newsletter and the contents.
