Welcome to the June 2024 edition of the Industry Partners Australia newsletter.

At IPA, we are in a privileged position to talk to so many organisations of such great standing in industry. We see trends that others don't, and even the companies themselves do not realise are happening. Over the years, the thirst for continued development in processes and systems has slowly shifted to the need for diagnosis, problem-solving, and leadership development.

On the ground, we see our members wanting more availability within the Evolve2 Leadership Program and requesting more employee-centric events around safety, employee health, diversity and employee engagement. This is an interesting shift across such a diversity of companies; it will be interesting to see if it continues.

We had another very busy and satisfying quarter. However, one thing that stood out for me has been the success of our Women In Industry breakfasts held in QLD and NSW recently. They have been fantastic events with great speakers and incredibly well-supported by attendees. The comments coming back are that there is a real need for this kind of event to drive continued diversity in the workplace and, more importantly, to encourage more women to enter industry and play significant roles.
