A Message from Our CEO

As I write this introduction to the newsletter, I find myself in Mackay up in northern QLD and reflecting on the past 12 months of business.
It is easy to consider things that did not go too well, and the list as always, is longer than the successes.
 
So instead I put a call out to my guys to consider what we did well. Try it, you will be surprised what you have forgotten, and rember to celebrate.
 
The next 12 months for IPA will see continued growth in members, new employees joining the team and product improvements. We also start planning for our 2027 National Conference, which is always a highlight of our calendar.
 
I'm confident something will come along to disrupt the best made plans, but bring it on, we are ready.
 
Just a quick thank you to all our members, presenters and especially my team in IPA for delivering another incredible year.

 Connections That Count 

 One of the key ways Industry Partners Australia supports our members is by creating meaningful connections. This quarter, we’ve helped members connect with specialists, peers, and industry leaders to explore solutions, share expertise, and collaborate on operational and organisational challenges. Here’s a snapshot of some of the connections we’ve facilitated recently. 

📌 Industry Connection: Appliance Manufacturing

A member company was looking to connect with a manufacturing and quality professional in the appliance industry to discuss electrical safety testing and quality control processes. IPA introduced them to another member with relevant industry experience, enabling the exchange of practical knowledge on functional testing and compressor quality control.

📌 Industry Connection: Food Manufacturing & Advanced Manufacturing

Following a conversation during an IPA Associate onboarding session, we identified an opportunity to create value through collaboration. IPA connected a member company with an additive manufacturing specialist to explore how advanced manufacturing capabilities could support future projects and innovation.

📌 Industry Connection: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

A member company was seeking expertise in vibration analysis for bearings across their manufacturing plant. IPA connected them with a specialist in industrial AI and predictive maintenance, providing access to solutions that can improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
