Workplace bullying can have a significant impact on both company and individual employees’ lives making them a living nightmare. But what if you look in the mirror and see a bully or abrasive leader in yourself or your colleagues?

· How do you recognise bullying or abrasive behaviours in yourself or others to intervene early?

· How do you approach another employee to intervene to raise concerns about their behaviour; and

· What can you do to change your, or help them, to change their behaviour and become productive contributors to a positive workplace culture
