What is IPA FridayFocus?
FridayFocus is one of IPA's most informal ways to connect with other members.
Held online via Zoom, FridayFocus is simply an opportunity to get together and have a conversation around a topic.
There are no formal presentations or set attendee numbers. Some sessions might have two people, while others might have 15, 40 or more.
A topic gives the conversation somewhere to start, but the discussion is led by the group. If the conversation moves in another useful direction, that's completely fine.
FridayFocus sessions are generally scheduled for around 45 minutes, but if the conversation is flowing, they may run a little longer.
Do I need to register? Yes. While the session itself is deliberately informal, attendees are encouraged to register through Humanitix so they receive the Zoom details and any important event updates.
Come along, join the conversation, ask questions, share what you're seeing in your organisation — or simply listen to what others are experiencing.
