What is an IPA Leadership Retreat?

An IPA Leadership Retreat is a small, invite-only experience designed specifically for senior leaders.

Usually held away from the hustle and bustle of the everyday workplace, each Retreat is built around a central theme, giving leaders dedicated time to explore a particular area, hear different perspectives and build stronger relationships with industry peers.

The program generally runs across two half-days and includes:

  • Guest speakers
  • Facilitated sessions and discussion centred around the Retreat theme
  • Opportunities to share experiences with other leaders
  • Networking and time to unwind
  • Dinner and informal conversation in the evening

Retreats are designed around an overnight format, giving attendees the opportunity to continue conversations and connect with their peers outside the formal program.

Leadership Retreats are invite only, with invitations sent directly to relevant senior leaders.

Is there a cost to attend? Yes. Leadership Retreats are separately priced events and additional attendance fees apply. Pricing and event inclusions are provided with the invitation and registration information.

Travel and accommodation are not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel and accommodation separately.
