What is an IPA Leadership Breakfast?

An IPA Leadership Breakfast is a small, invite-only gathering that brings together leaders working in similar roles or functional areas.

Groups may bring together leaders from areas such as People & Culture, HSE, Process Improvement, Assets & Maintenance or other parts of the business.

There is no formal presentation or set topic. The focus is simply on conversation over breakfast — giving leaders the opportunity to build relationships with industry peers, share what they're experiencing and discuss whatever is relevant to the group.

For people in specialist or senior roles who don't always get many opportunities to connect with peers outside their own organisation, Leadership Breakfasts provide valuable time to build a trusted industry network.
