Welcome to the December 2021 edition of the Industry Partners Australia newsletter.
JUMP TO SECTION: |
2021 was a tough year for many companies and individuals alike, we all have a story to tell of someone we know who has been impacted in some way. For us at IPA we have continued to focus on the basics of ensuring our customers are receiving great value by adapting the way we delivered our products and services, we have taken customer ideas and turned them into real outcomes providing even more benefits and ensuring our IPA Giving Program continues to support the community.
In this Newsletter, we are proud to announce two new exciting initiatives for those who love to read a great personal or team development book, and an IPA LinkedIn group for members interested in assets and maintenance.
We welcome six new members and three new partners to our network of industry professionals, at a time when we see unprecedented interest in businesses and individuals wanting new learnings and innovative solutions.
We cannot predict what 2022 will bring but all the signs are very exciting.

MEMBER REFERRALS
Being a member of IPA has many benefits, one being learning from other member companies within our network. We find it extremely rewarding to facilitate these connections, enabling this resource.
If you have any business issues that need to be resolved, remember, other companies have more than likely been through the same challenges and can help point you in the right direction. Please reach out to your IPA contact to see if we know of someone who can potentially help.

Without the support of our member companies graciously hosting and presenting at our events, our members wouldn't have the opportunity to learn from their peers.
Although Covid has affected our ability to run most of our events on-site, we managed to get out on a few occasions thanks to the Evolve2 Leadership Program. Many thanks to the following hosts.
What a fantastic evening for our Senior Leaders dinner. After being postponed in June it was great to get together in 3D and enjoy the evening.
It was a pleasure to recognise Arnott’s with 20 years of membership with Troy May and Katherine Monahan to accept the award! Thanks again to Marcus Crow of 10000 Hours for an energetic and thought-provoking discussion on leadership and the inherent uncertainty that lies within. Some wonderful takeaways.
And thanks to all the leaders braving the wet weather to make it a memorable evening.
