How does AlertMeter Work
AlertMeter is an easy to use, language-independent 60-second test that employees perform at the beginning of their shift or at a critical time before performing a high-risk activity. The result immediately provides real-time notification to the employee of their result against their individual baseline. If the outcome is outside the individual’s baseline, then a nominated supervisor is notified to have an “RUOK” discussion with the employee.
