Welcome to the March 2022 edition of the Industry Partners Australia newsletter.
QUICK LINKS: |
We are already seeing greater optimism in the first few months of the year, our members are looking forward to getting back to live events, and our team are putting together a calendar bigger and better than ever. We are seeing continued membership and specialist partner growth, so no doubt we will eclipse the number of events, people attending and diversity of previous years.
As market leaders in industry networking and development, we must continue to bring new innovations and experiences for our members, with more targeted events, expansion of our specialist network, innovative systems and technology, new products such as our critical thinking module being released as part of the Evolve2 Leadership Program collective, leaders retreats and of course our National Conference in October.
Exciting times ahead!

Planning has begun, and we will announce details soon. First, however, we can tell you that it will be held in the beautiful NSW Hunter Valley Region with an incredible selection of presenters and some very exciting exhibitors.
At Industry Partners Australia, we are always excited when new members join the family. We want to take this opportunity to introduce the following companies. Please be sure to make them welcome at your next IPA event.
Farmland Dairy, Viscount Plastics (PACT Group) and Sulo.
Being a member of IPA has many benefits, one being learning from other member companies within our network. We find it extremely rewarding to facilitate these connections, enabling this resource.
If you have any business issues that need to be resolved, remember that other companies have more than likely been through the same challenges and can help point you in the right direction. Please reach out to your IPA contact to see if we know someone who can potentially help.
Solutions begin with a conversation!
We are always on the scout for new partners to complement our member base and provide a directory of trusted professionals from which our members can source assistance. This quarter we would like to welcome the following companies:
I-care Reliability provides on-site manual predictive maintenance, remote asset health monitoring, reliability engineering, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
The focus is on: What can 'TOC' do for me? How Constraint Innovation can help your business.
This working group aims to demonstrate how Constraint Innovation can address your challenges. Should you choose to proceed to a deeper level, Lewis will be available to provide further training in this process.
Through Lewis's powerful and practical workshop, you will internalise the techniques of managing your constraints to optimise outcomes.

Without the support of our member companies graciously hosting and presenting at our events, our members wouldn't have the opportunity to learn from their peers.
This quarter we would like to thank the following companies for their insights.
Consep, Quickstep and Visy.
What a fantastic event we had last week with 40 Continuous Improvement leaders convened in the Hunter Valley to discuss coaching and Influencing skills.
This two, half-day program explored:
As leaders of business improvement, and change agents, having the skills to coach and influence others at all levels within your organisation is critical to success.
These two days have inspired everyone to dig deeper and develop these skills further.
