We are already seeing greater optimism in the first few months of the year, our members are looking forward to getting back to live events, and our team are putting together a calendar bigger and better than ever. We are seeing continued membership and specialist partner growth, so no doubt we will eclipse the number of events, people attending and diversity of previous years.
As market leaders in industry networking and development, we must continue to bring new innovations and experiences for our members, with more targeted events, expansion of our specialist network, innovative systems and technology, new products such as our critical thinking module being released as part of the Evolve2 Leadership Program collective, leaders retreats and of course our National Conference in October.

It's back!!!! After a two year hiatus, we are excited to inform you that the National Conference will be back LIVE in 2022!
Planning has begun, and we will announce details soon. First, however, we can tell you that it will be held in the beautiful NSW Hunter Valley Region with an incredible selection of presenters and some very exciting exhibitors.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM PAST EVENTS
NSW Continuous Improvement Leaders Retreat
What a fantastic event we had last week with 40 Continuous Improvement leaders convened in the Hunter Valley to discuss coaching and Influencing skills.
This two, half-day program explored:
- Understanding that the role goes beyond delivering tools and systems
- The great overlap that exists between CI and coaching
- The psychology of influencing
- Powerful tools for increasing influence and a CI leader
- Persuasive conversations
- Creating alliances with employees, stakeholders, and senior leaders
As leaders of business improvement, and change agents, having the skills to coach and influence others at all levels within your organisation is critical to success.
These two days have inspired everyone to dig deeper and develop these skills further.
