They should be able to set goals for themselves and their team and can think outside the box. Leaders should also be willing to take risks, be open to new ideas, and try new things.

Keep in mind, every leader has their own unique style, and the most effective leaders are often able to combine elements of different styles to create their own hybrid approach. The best way to develop your own hybrid style is to start by understanding your strengths and weaknesses, and then experiment with different styles until you find one that works best for you.
