Welcome to the January 2025 edition of the Industry Partners Australia newsletter.
As Australia—and the world—navigates a period of slow economic growth, it’s understandable that many organisations are tightening their belts, focusing only on essential activities. However, IPA is fortunate to have a community of members and partners who view us as essential in developing their people and business capabilities. On behalf of the entire IPA team, I want to express our sincere gratitude for your continued loyalty and trust.
2024 was a year of growth and innovation for the IPA team, with the introduction of new products and services, all aligned with our vision of enhancing the capabilities of Australian industry. January marked the launch of the IPA Collective, a curated group of trusted trainers and consultants providing services to industry, easily accessible through our website or app. We also expanded our Women in Industry events to New South Wales—these outstanding events celebrate and highlight the significant roles women play in the industry and have been exceptionally well attended. Additionally, 2024 offered members more opportunities to enroll candidates in the Evolve2 leadership program. Now in its ninth year, with over 1,200 participants, Evolve2 remains a cornerstone of our member offerings.
Looking ahead to 2025, I’m confident it will bring both surprises and moments of celebration. Embrace the opportunities that come your way, and continue striving to make a difference.
