Neuro-leadership integrates insights from neuroscience into leadership theories and practices, recognising that effective leadership is not only about organisational structures and processes but also about understanding and leveraging the human brain’s capability. The brain is wired to connect with others, and effective leaders recognise the importance of building positive relationships within their teams.
Agile remains one of the most popular project and program methodologies of recent times. With its roots in IT and concepts borne out of Lean, organisations and individuals understanding Agile have a distinct competitive advantage, delivering products and services more quickly and more aligned to the customer's value with the lowest development costs.
Lean Six Sigma is a systematic approach to continuous improvement achieved by removing wasteful non-value-adding activities and reducing process variation. The methodology, tools and frameworks can be applied to any industry and workplace, delivering quality improvements, service outcomes, customer satisfaction, revenue and margins, and strengthening organisational culture.
The Lean Simulation workshop aims to provide participants an opportunity to think about how Lean could be deployed in their workplace. The subject matter, principles, and terminology are aligned with the ‘Competitive Systems and Practices’ courses, which are nationally accredited under the Australian Skills Quality Authority.
