Courage for me is one the most understated traits of great leaders; we liberally discuss many other areas of leadership, but it takes courage to:
- Stand out from the crowd
- Have confidence in your own ability, and others around you
- Make the unpopular decisions
- Not compromise personal values
- Admit your mistakes
- Seek feedback to improve yourself
At the end of each day ask yourself; "did I show courage today to do the hard things?"
If your answer was "NO"; just try a little harder tomorrow.....
