IPA Newsletter Spring Edition 2024

Welcome to the 2024 Spring edition of the Industry Partners Australia newsletter.

With another financial year over, we are now seeing significant increases in members attending events. This will no doubt carry through to the end of the year with a line-up of first-class events.

The last quarter saw us really starting to see the impacts of the new Customer Success Manager role in NSW. Bronte has been actively engaged with members with a high focus on understanding the membership's needs and potential future events. It has also shown benefits in understanding changes within organisational structures, which seem to be ever-changing, ensuring we keep in touch.

We also launched our first one-day virtual Evolve2 Communication & Engagement workshop; this workshop was well attended and came from the membership requesting that we give more access to the Evolve2 modules over the course of the year. A modest fee was charged to facilitate the workshop, but the benefits the attendees received were significant. We will announce more of the virtual Evolve2 workshops as the year progresses and into 2025.

In another first for the business, the IPA Collective presented a Showcase event. It is a new concept with six presenters, all focused on improving Operational Capability in a storyboard format. Each presenter covered an area that they specialise in.
We had a good crowd with close to 40 attendees, and the level of presentations did not disappoint. We will certainly be holding more of these Showcase events in 2025.

As always, never a dull moment...

NEWSLETTER _ Member Referral ImageBeing a member of IPA has many benefits, one being the ability to learn from other member companies within our network. We find it extremely rewarding to facilitate these connections and enable this resource.

If you have any business issues that need to be resolved, remember that other companies have more than likely been through the same challenges and can help point you in the right direction. Please reach out to your IPA contact to see if we know of someone who can potentially help.

Solutions begin with a conversation!
