Training Overview

UE Sytems is pleased to introduce a one-day ultrasound overview and applications workshop that will accelerate your ultrasound program through knowledge of industrial ultrasound, inspection techniques, and applications for inspectors.

 

What will I learn?

  • Review the various predictive maintenance technologies and their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Look at the various applications within the plant facility and the correct inspection and test techniques using the ultraprobe
  • Be coached on proper inspection techniques
  • Be given extensive case histories and learn and practice correct data acquisition techniques in a hands-on environment for:
    • Leak inspections
    • Valve inspections
    • Steam trap inspections
    • Electrical inspections
    • Bearing inspections

  • Understand considerations for establishing ultrasound routes.

  • Review overall program goals and work with an instructor to establish a realistic timeline for the implementation of the program based on the number of test points in the facility.
